The Rabbitts craft music that blurs the lines between folk, alternative, and atmospheric pop. Known for their delicate harmonies, immersive arrangements, and a sound described as “ethereal and understated” (BBC Radio 6), they create songs that feel both intimate and cinematic. The current line up of The Rabbitts dates back to 2022 however their history goes back much further. Odhran and Lucy met in 2013 as teenagers and began releasing quirky music as a duo in 2017 whilst living in a van in Canada. They toured across the country from West to East before returning home to the UK and completing the band’s line-up with drummer Julien Beghain, and bassist Robin G. Breeze. They have since toured extensively across the UK and their last headline tour of the UK sold out in over half of the venues.
PARADISE
Lucy and Odhran began 2026 at a distance from modern day distractions during an off-grid writing retreat in the Pyrenees mountains. The songs formed during this time soon became an album named ‘Paradise’ which was recorded with their band on the banks of the river Orwell at the Boathouse Studio. ‘Paradise’ will be released on November 13th 2026, followed by a 15-date UK tour. They recently raised funds for vinyl production via a successful Kickstarter Campaign which reached 112% of its goal.
'Paradise' follows on from the release of ‘Orbital Collection’, a series of four EPs the band released over the course of 12 months from 2024 to 2025.
'Cold Summer' is a song about the collective sadness of a generation at a time when everyone close to The Rabbitts seemed to be having difficulty keeping their heads above the surface. 'Cold Summer' represents the big dark cloud settling in.
'Paradise I' was written looking back at Odhran and Lucy's wedding day. Neither of them had expected the emotional crash that followed the high of such a perfect day in June 2025.
This song looks back even further, 13 years to be precise…
